The Friday Question - Lost characters
I was thinking as I wrote this that perhaps we’re going to be so sick of all this Lost promotional stuff that come January 31st, we’ll wish we’d never heard of the show.
Okay, that’s not going to happen…at least, not over here. There will be a Lost premiere party at my house, so if you live nearby, come on over.
Now, it’s Friday and therefore you get a question…and since this week has been nothing but Conan O’Brien’s beard and Lost, I decided to end the week on topic.
So after three seasons and tons of characters, I want to know who you like the most.
The question is: Who is your favorite Lost character and why?
Now, I want everyone to adhere to the rule of spoilers and not give anything away in your answer. Anyone who says something like…
“I really loved XXXX, but it sucked that he died in season 2. But it rocked that he was the one who found out XXXX is really XXXX’s father!!! OMG!”
…will likely get banished from the site.
Alright, not banished, but promptly edited on my part. You’ve been warned! *cackle*
So who is my favorite Lost character…I’d have to go with Desmond. I’ve enjoyed his whole story and how he relates to the overall mythology of the show.
I wont say more about him, so I don’t end up banishing myself, but there you have it.

Whatever is on any other channel. I've never seen an episode of Lost, and from how the show continually provides no answers to its fans, and weak climaxes and extensive breaks, it looks like I'm not missing anything.

Okay... on to the question - Eko. Such an intriguing character with a tortured yet peaceful quality about him.

Seriously, of all the top dramas I watch, Lost and BSG would be ranked 1 and 2.
Jina, love the Eko pick.
And Lock is great Frank.
Also Ape...Ben was my next choice...he was one of the best additions to the show they ever did...maybe better than Desmond.

No, really, I would choose Ben. He does an awesome job as the puppet master and I don't think we've come close to how deep his character is.
