A new teaser trailer for M. Night Shyamalan’s new film “The Happening” was released last night. I must say the new trailer makes me think that maybe Shyamalan is back to form after the departure he’s had the last couple of movies.
I’ve pretty much enjoyed everything he’s done although I didn’t like “Lady In The Water” as much as I wanted to. I never could buy in to the story the way the director obviously wanted me to.

“The Happening” stars Mark Wahlberg, Zooey Deschanel, and John Leguizamo and is set to hit theaters on June 13, 2008 (which is a Friday the 13th).
Can’t wait for this one. With the exception of Lady in the Water, I’ve loved all his films.

Yeah, I thought of The Cell when I saw the preview too. I’ve read some on The Happening, though, and I know that’s not what it is. The trailer does give that impression, though.
