A few weeks ago we saw a version of the Quantum of Solace movie poster that really didn’t seem like it was legitimate. Jason Clark, my buddy who will “publish anything” according to him, posted the thing, without realizing that it was a fan-created fake. Even though it just looked a bit off, it certainly was passed around the internet to a lot of places and people just took it as the real deal.
I mean, it’s the internet, who the heck knows what is real or not half the time.
You will notice that in the comment section of Jason’s blog post, I did point how I thought it was a fake before, but now that Jason had it up, I believed that was indeed the first Quantum of Solace poster.
So basically the lesson learned here is that I’m awesome.
Now, Jason has once again beaten me to the punch and posted the true, REAL Quantum of Solace poster and so I snaked it from him as usual and threw it up here for you guys.
It’s a simple poster, which of course sometimes are the best kinds. It shows a release date of November, 2008, which isn’t too far off if you think about it.
Thanks Jason for finding the real poster. The other lesson learned today is that he’s awesome too and it’s entirely frustrating trying to keep beating each other to the punch.

The moral here is that I remain awesome. Mike is awesome as well…but to a lesser degree because he doesn’t get up early enough to beat me to the punch…
