"Look, we got it covered. We’re just trying to find a place to put Mike’s yogurt while we do the job." - Sam,       Burn Notice

The ‘Save Jericho’ campaign begins

It feels like every other month we’re writing articles on shows that need saving and how all the fans are stepping up to do whatever it takes to keep that show on the air. The last one was Journeyman, and now Mission: Jericho is in full swing.

The Jericho Wiki is in full swing with Save Jericho II, the second such effort on behalf of the series based on a post-apocalyptic United States.

Gwen stopped by yesterday to notify us that the supporters over at Jericho-Kansas.com already have a full page up on all the ways you can save the show, and I’ve copied it below so that we can help spread the news.

The word is that the executive producer, Carol Barbee, confirmed that the show is being shopped by CBS Paramount to stations like The CW and Sci Fi. I honestly can’t see a show like this working on The CW, which seems a bit more targeted to the younger crowd, but I’ll take anything really.

But it just feels like it belongs on Sci Fi. They will be running the series in syndication anyways as they acquired those rights earlier this year.

So here you go, for those that want to keep the show on the air, follow the instructions below, which I pulled off Jericho-Kansas.com.

Save Jericho Again/2/The Sequel

Until the information is firm enough to go on a separate webpage, I’ll be using this thread to put the main ideas in one location. The list will change as further information is obtained.

PLEASE be polite in your letters/cards, and if you choose to call then be EXTRA polite. The negative phone calls/letters are hurting the effort to secure a future for Jericho.
