Okay, so we have a few people disagreeing over the last and final spot in our Pop Critics Ultimate Bad Ass competition.
I foolishly stuck Blade in there without realizing he was half-vampire, so he’s gone again and we now have a big dilemma over who gets his spot.
The choice is between the following: Jules from Pulp Fiction, Mr. T and Leon from The Professional, Kaiser Soze and Hannibal Lector.
We have one reader who HAS to have Mr. T in the competition, a lot who want Jules, one who just tossed in Leon to be difficult and the Ape threw the final two in at the last minute to add more fuel to the fire.
So the only way to make everyone happy is to have a Wildcard Playoff to determine who gets the spot.

Hannibal is a creepy psycho, not a bad ass. It’s between Leon and Jules, none of the rest are credible. Criminal masterminds and geniuses don’t belong in an Ultimate Bad Ass poll, no matter how smart you reckon they are. Can they kick ass? No, then maybe they can be saved a spot on the Criminal Supergenius poll that’s coming up next.
Plus, Mr. T was neither particularly smart nor particularly badass, because he was scared like a little girl to fly, but the other weenies sure did outsmart and knock him out several times a season, didn’t they?
