Steve Martin’s “Traitor” trailer and images
Now this is what I’m talking about. A great movie to look forward to seeing.
I hadn’t heard about Traitor before Wednesday, but now that I have, I’m really interested in the film. First off, Don Cheadle is the lead in it, and plays an ex-Special Ops soldier who goes rogue and starts working for the terrorists.
Next, you have Guy Pearce who I’m a huge fan of ever since Memento. He’s always solid. And you get Jeff Daniels, who despite being in Dumb and Dumber, does a good job at dramatic roles.
Finally, the movie comes from an idea Steve Martin had. At least, that’s how IMDB credits him. The writer is Jeffrey Nachmanoff, who only has The Day After Tomorrow as the only significant movie in his portfolio. He’s also writing The Prince of Persia: Sands of Time scheduled for a 2009 release.
The film looks like an excellent terrorist-spy thriller, and you can’t ask for a better cast. There have been some other good movies in this genre recently, like Syriana and Munich, so let’s hope this one can join them in terms of quality.
UPDATE: Looks like the preview has been removed, so we don’t have anything for you to watch at the moment. When an official trailer is released, we’ll post it.

I really like Don Cheadle. This looks good.
The video has been REMOVED!
Wow, why was it removed so fast? Weird…we’ll find another copy.
It did have a weird quality to it, maybe it was a bootleg.
Don Cheadle and Guy Pearce, that’s a great start. I’m bummed the trailer got taken down.
