When you attend multiple panels at San Diego’s Comic-Con, you start to rate them based on entertainment value. How excited the cast is to be there, how thrilled the fans are to see the cast, writers and producers, and how much buzz is created during and after the discussion.
On a scale of 1-10, the Prison Break panel was down near Snooze-Fest.
Perhaps it was the lack of Wentworth Miller being in attendance, although I’m not sure his reserved personality would have added much. But maybe.
Dominic Purcells was the source of entertainment, but for all the wrong reasons. I’m not sure he knew that when Sarah Wayne Callies was talking, they were both featured up on the big screens.
Because he was messing with his little Blackberry and generally acting like a restless, bored kid. It was actually funny to a few of us who realized Dominic had zero clue that he looked that disinterested.
And if you read the Sarah Wayne Callies line without gasping, it’s because you probably already know that Sara Tancredi is back from the dead and will be in the fourth season of Prison Break.
We were treated to a 10-15 minute scene from an upcoming episode where Michael tracks down James Whistler and Susan to take them both out for killing Sara.
It doesn’t take them long to try and explain that she’s still alive and how it happened. I wont spoil the fun for you to find out on your own, but it’s really nothing earth-shattering.
Everyone will be back this year, alliances will change and stuff will happen.
And this year, the big plot will be that they have to break into something.
What and who is involved is unknown.

They were probably bored because they realized how meaningless their show is, and how, no matter what happens, none of it will ever make any sense.
Prison Break rocks. Usually Wentworth gets them all excited. At least for the ladies. I usually see him being the one that talks the most and interacts with the audience. So who knows the reason why they were bored. Next year is the last season so definitely looking forward to it. Season 3 was Alright. I was pissed when they killed Sarah. They should have never did that, it was meaningless. Just didn't feel the same. No motivation for Michael. Stopped watching after a few episodes. Felt like they were dragging things out. They honestly should have stopped the show at season 2. This is the one show I'll be watching Live on Mondays. Got to have my Sarah Wayne Callies fix.
I think you pretty much said it when you said you should have stopped watching after Season 2 - I did.
I said the show should have stopped at season 2. Not stop watching after season 2. I'll continue to watch as long as it's entertaining. Most shows last year weren't that great. Killing Sarah off just made it worse. Sarah's back this season and it's the last, so I'm going to watch until the end. ; )
The show sucks, I admit it, yet I will still watch no matter what. It's just what I do.
Like with Smallville.
Sorry. But I think I made that point in a past article when I told Mike that if he'd stop watching it they'd stop making it.
Whoa… wait a minute cowboy.. dont be draggin my smallville into this suckfest conversation….
Maybe they were bored cause they dont even like their own show… how nice to all of the fans they radiated that eh'?
I don't think the show sucks. Season 3 did though. Season 6 and 7 of Smallville sucked. Should have ended at 5. But 8 is suppose to the last so hopefully they go all out for the last season and not drag anything out.
Well, I really meant last season sucked
I did enjoy the other two.
Now you've gone and did it… dragged me into the suckfest talk… Prison break sucks so bad, its causing wind storms here in AZ….
Smallville must not sucks that bad, they have their own yearly calendar, and that my friend, is a true measure of no-suckatude…
Hey, I didn't say Smallville sucks, just the last 2 seasons have. ; )
@Sean (cant reply the tree has run its limit)… I was teasin ya bud…. Last season was a huge dissapointment for me…. being a huge Smallville fan, last season was pretty clear that it has probably run its course =(
Can never tell when someone is joking or not. You guys should add Smiley faces!
As for SMALLVILLE, I remember hearing rumors that the CW wanted it for at least 10 seasons. I can't imagine it running that long. This year is suppose to be the last so hopefully it will go out on top. If it's any good, I'll be watching. I definitely will be watching the series finale though, just to see how it all ends.
I'm always joking, or at least I think I am… =) heres to hoping for a good Smallville season…
Agreed.
