Two new posters for The Day The Earth Stood Still
We’ve been talking lately about remakes and how tired of them we all are, but at least The Day the Earth Stood Still seemed interesting once we got our first look at the teaser.
Now we have two new posters to show you, although one of them is pretty similar to the first one Jason showed us back in June.
It probably wont be hard for you science fiction fans to figure out, but the first poster below just looks an awful lot like a scene from Close Encounters of the Third Kind, which is a little bit of a downside for me.
Still, it’s not that bad, and the second one is even better. I like the way the word “IS” gets colored black as the orange beam crosses underneath it.
What do you guys think? Boring? Exciting? Do you see the Third Kind resemblance?
