I haven’t sung the praises for Damages in quite awhile, and that’s mainly due to the writer’s strike which prolonged our wait until sometime in 2009.

On August 9th starting at 7am EST, FX will put on a 13-episode Damages marathon to help people remember that this show exists, plus try to pull in some new fans.
I know I’ve tried countless times, but I’m hoping a few of you give Damages a chance this weekend. I’d love to see what you think.

Figures I upgrade netflix to get the 2nd disc in the season along with the 2nd disc of Weeds 3rd season and I get this announcement. my wife hates Glenn close and she even likes this show.
