Relax, it’s only until September 25th. And once again, this is a 2009 show, meaning any delay in production at this point in time wont hurt anyone.
But still, it’s weird.
First we had 24 pausing production in order to focus on writing for a few weeks, and now Dollhouse follows suit. And this is after Joss Whedon already re-wrote the pilot, switching the orginal one to the second episode.
This shutdown was an across the board agreement between Fox, the studio and Whedon. Apparently Joss had been focusing so much time on directing, he hadn’t been in the writer’s room in awhile.
It seems like they need him there, as whatever was being churned out for the fourth episode led to this.
I’m not too worried. I guess I’d be more worried if I knew the scripts sucked AND no one was doing anything about it. But Whedon rocks and it’s good to hear he’s going back to clean this stuff up.

Weird… both shows on Fox. It can't be that they are upping their standards, could it?
They are awful…but it's nice to see this stuff happening. Although I'm curious who led the charges for both of these…the show itself, or the network.
these guys really rock!!!!!!!!!!!
