Talk about all the crazy stuff that happened on TV over the weekend, which includes Friday night.
I caught up on two episodes of Life and really feel like the show is as good as ever. The Soup was absolutely hysterical as always.
There was chick wrestling on The Amazing Race, which was entertaining, but also must have been a frustrating challenge to learn.
Above all that, my favorite part of the weekend had to be the huge win the Arizona Cardinals got at the hands of the Dallas Cowboys.
Sorry Jason…
What did you guys like on TV this weekend? And are you watching My Own Worst Enemy with Christian Slater starting tonight?

Football is like Murphy's Law for me. When the Longhorns are up, the Cowboys are down. The Horns won a HUGE won over OU which was one of the best games I've seen in a while…then the Boys stunk up the airwaves yesterday playing Arizona… I need to give up watching sports.

I think the Cards played very good as opposed to Dallas stinking the place up.
Good game though, it led off Sportscenter AND the Blitz later on.

CANT BELIEVE I DIDNT PICK THE CARDS TO WIN ARRRRRGGHHHHH!!
Wow… what a game…best I've seen in a while… well okay, at least earlier in the day, CRAZY game finishes today, it took the final minute in 5 games to determine a winner yesterday, geesh…
and it was good to see OU lose! (but not ASU like they did, crimany)

For the record, I'm not watching My Own Worst Enemy for a few reasons, which I will now outline… #1 - I'm not a huge Christian Slater fan… something about his voice, his receding hairline, and eyebrows all bug me. #2 - Are they really just starting this show now, even though they were hyping it at every commercial break of the Olympics. #3 - It totally looks uninteresting to me. Sorry CS… Sorry NBC… the 2 hours I commit to you on Monday nights will have to be enough.

I don't know. You take away the first kickoff touchdown and the last two minutes (along with the freakish overtime punt touchdown) and I didn't think it was a very good game at all. Tons of mistakes all around. Kind of boring really.
Of course, there WAS an opening kickoff return TD as well as those last two minutes where Dallas scored twice and then the freakish OT punt block with a TD that's NEVER happened before in the history of the NFL…so I guess that did make it interesting. Not sure I'd call it a good game, though.

Mistakes, yes, but every game has mistakes…after halftime, the Cards drove
the ball twice for touchdowns…I mean, that's good football right there.
I thought it was a GOOD game as in it was exciting to watch.

Not so much for Cowboy fans…

2 hours on a Monday night is child's play

the next 4 weeks wont be exciting….
“Romo may miss 4 weeks with broken finger (AP)
Dallas Cowboys quarterback Tony Romo has a broken finger on his throwing hand and could be out for up to four weeks. Romo broke his right pinkie on the first play of overtime in a 30-24 loss at Arizona on Sunday, according to a posting on the team's official Web site. A team spokesman didn't immediately return a call seeking comment Monday.”
You gotta be freakin' kidding me….
Looks like Brad Johnson will be replacing him….
