Fringe Recap: “Pilot”

An international flight, Flight 627, headed from Germany to Logan Airport, Boston, MA, USA lands with no survivors aboard. The FBI are brought in to investigate and uncover a world of paranormal, fringe science where it seems anything can happen. After chase scenes, both on foot and by car, an explosion, a mad scientist, a cow, and lots of twists and turns, we learn that the dead do speak, as long as they have been dead for less than six hours.

I realized last night that I didn’t write much about Fringe from Comic-Con. I did sit in on the panel, but never felt like anything interesting was said that needed to be written about. Well, now you are going to get a few of my thoughts.


J.J. Abrams’ “Fringe” Will Have A Comic Book Prequel

USA Today is reporting that DC Comics plans to introduce a comic book prequel to their fall TV series, “Fringe,” which is produced by J.J. Abrams (Lost, Alias, upcoming Star Trek XI) and is set to premiere on Fox on September 9.

Dawson’s Creek’s Joshua Jackson joins ‘Fringe’

The new science fiction series on FOX called Fringe, from mega producer/writer/director J.J. Abrams, has finished casting for the top three roles.
