I hadn’t heard about Henry Poole Is Here until a few days ago but it’s already coming out this month.
Luke Wilson plays Henry Poole, a depressed man who is running away from his family and his problems. He simply wishes to disappear, and moves away to a suburb of L.A. It’s not long after that his nosy neighbor Esparanza played by Adriana Barraza, comes over and discovers a curious stain on his stucco wall. She examines it closely to discover that this is no ordinary stain. It’s a sign from God! She brings crowds to his yard to gaze upon the wonderment of the figure to Henry’s dismay. Even the local priest, George Lopez, comes by for a visit. The “miracle” of the stain affects the town is a very big way. Henry’s plan of wallowing in his misery is interrupted by a town that simply will not go away.
Check out these posters. The first one is one of my favorites for the summer.

Also, here is the trailer for Henry Poole Is Here.

This movie looks odd… I'm assuming this means fall is coming and the indie movie stampede is in full force.
That's my guess.
I like Luke Wilson and the movie looks cute, but I think I saw the whole movie in the trailer. I can see moderate commercial success with this
I think this movie looks right up my alley. I hadn't heard about it before today, but now I'm really looking forward to it.
