“Ice Road Truckers” originally aired as a 46 minute documentary as a part of the History Channel program Dangerous Missions back in 2000. In 2007 the History Channel brought “Ice Road Truckers” back as a 10 episode series that follows the travails of drivers who roll 18-wheelers over a 350-mile highway made of ice, hauling equipment and supplies to diamond miners dwelling in the tundra of Canada’s Northwest Territories. The program debuted to record numbers and quickly became the History Channel’s highest rated show ever.
Fox will hire a writer shortly and assign a producer to shepherd it. The History Channel is currently shooting the second season of the television show.

The above pic makes it look like 18 wheeler golf, and this trucker made a birdie….I wonder if the road broke while driving on it or he drove into a hole. The pic makes me wonder what happened…?
I saw this documentary! It was a pretty cool one. I bet they get paid big bucks to drive in those conditions lol.

The Ice Road Truckers was interesting at first, however I don’t listen to radio stations that play the same music over and over and over and over and…………………………………………
