Kevin Falls spills some secrets from Journeyman
I was hesitant to even post this article because I know the pain that Journeyman talk brings to the surface for some of you, but I figured some revelations about what was going on in Dan Vasser’s time-traveling existence might be fun and…healing?
“October Road” to wrap up series with a 15-minute finale
I don’t know how many of our readers watched the series October Road, but it was canceled after only two seasons and left some dedicated fans pretty heartbroken.
This story was something I found encouraging, especially during these days of shows being axed right and left, without networks seeming to care about the loyal viewers out there who fell in love with Journeyman, Jericho and The 4400.
Journeyman heads to Grey’s Anatomy
It seems like life keeps throwing reasons at me to start watching Grey’s Anatomy again. Last year, it was word from a variety of sources that the show was “getting better” after losing its way the past season.
We tried to watch it, but then lost interest one more time. It used to be one of our favorite shows.
But now life is at it again. Entertainment Weekly is reporting that the star of my beloved Journeyman, Kevin McKidd, is in serious talks to join the cast of Grey’s Anatomy.
“Journeyman” Kevin Falls has a new pilot on FOX
I’m glad to hear that Kevin Falls from Journeyman is doing another show for Fox and not NBC. It’s not like Fox has a great track record either, but it would have been ridiculous for NBC to cancel a guy’s show, and then have him do another pilot.
This business leaves me scratching my head on most days.
Mike’s Top 10 TV shows from the 2007-2008 season
Back in December I gave you a Top 10 list of my Favorite Fall Shows up to the writer’s strike that shut everything down. It also delayed other series that were supposed to show up in January or February, like 24 and Lost, one of which never even aired.
With the entire 2007-2008 season now under our belts, it’s time to look back and rank my favorite shows because I’m absolutely in love with ranking stuff.
The Friday Question: Bring your show back!
This week I wrote briefly about the fact that Journeyman is dead, may it rest in peace. Great show, cool concept, interesting characters and solid writing.
It ended too early, as a lot of shows do, and it’s a bummer it’s not coming back.
Now, we had a question a long time ago about your favorite shows [...]
Journeyman appears to be done
Well, I’ve not done enough browsing my blog reader recently, because I’ve missed some posts on SaveJourneyman.net that pretty much have said the show is toast.
Not only that, but instead of trying to save the show, they are now just trying to get the DVD published! And better yet, there is an auction going for props and wardrobe from the show.
Moon Bloodgood Lined Up For Terminator Sequel
The Hollywood Reporter reports that Moon Bloodgood is in final negotiations to join the cast of the film as the female lead. Most of you will probably remember Bloodgood from NBC’s short-lived series “Journeyman (or ABC’s short-lived series “Day Break).
NBC greenlights Knight Rider, Journeyman fans say WTF?
Stories like this are slowly making me realize that hoping and trying to get a bubble show saved from cancellation is pretty pointless.
Especially when the head of programming for NBC would rather you watch mindless drivel than good, quality entertainment.
In February we got the awful Knight Rider movie premiere (at least, I thought it sucked) [...]
Hulu opens - Watch Firefly, BSG, Newsradio, Doogie, Arrested Development and more
Okay, I think my new favorite site is Hulu.com.
Hulu went live today and the amount of free video they offer on it is unfathomable. Just check out the TV section:
The entire SERIES of Arrested Development. Season 4 of The Office. All 14 episodes of Firefly. 22 episodes of It’s Always Sunny in Philadelphia. FORTY episodes [...]
The Office returns April 10th and more NBC news: Scrubs, 30 Rock, Journeyman
It seems like a long ways off, but according to the New York Times, The Office will return to NBC with new episodes starting April 10th.
Some other comedies will actually start earlier, like Two and a Half Men on CBS, but The Office is a more complicated shoot and thus takes a bit longer to [...]
Keep up on when your favorite shows will return
If I haven’t said it before, I love the Ausiello report on TVGuide.com. He’s been keeping us updated on how many episodes were left for each of our favorite shows, and now we get to something a lot more fun.
Updated hourly, we’re getting a great list on when our favorite shows will return with new [...]
Number of episodes left for your favorite shows
The Ausiello Report is keeping an updated list of what episode are still left to be shown of your favorite television series. It totally makes me sad that 30 Rock is now at zero, but there are many others as well.
Enjoy the list, or don’t enjoy it…but either way, here is your update on what [...]
David Letterman returns on January 2nd
While there wont be much in the way of new “stuff” on TV in the month of January, at least late night got a bit of good news. David Letterman will return to the airwaves on January 2nd after having struck a deal directly with the WGA.
Just over a week ago the other late night [...]
Best Office cold opening ever
After watching this video a few times, I’m honestly starting to think this was the best cold opening The Office ever did.
Granted, when Michael hit Meredith with the car was classic, and there are countless others that are fantastic. But there is something about Jim pretending to be Dwight that is so funny that you [...]
