For awhile it seemed whatever Britney Spears did to get in trouble, Lindsay Lohan was sure to follow. The Soup and Joel McHale had field days every week with those two. So much so, it’s hard to figure what material that show has left to poke fun at now that they’ve calmed down somewhat.
Lindsay is now following Britney again, but this time it’s not so bad. At least, not compared to what shenanigans they used to get into (Thanks Juno for that word).
After Britney’s successful guest appearance on How I met Your Mother, Lohan will be seen in the season finale of Ugly Betty.
She was so excited to shoot, a source tells Us, “Lindsay arrived on set 45 minutes early.”
Adds the source, “Lindsay and America [Ferrera] really hit it off!”
Variety reports she’ll play a down-on-her-luck old high school pal of Betty.
Lohan’s first episode airs on the May 22 season finale.
Her rep tells Us the actress will also appear in multiple episodes of the ABC hit.
I guess that means she’ll be back next season.
Some of you out there are fans of this show, so I wanted to pass it on, even if I don’t really get into it. I know there is a huge following though, it’s just not my cup of tea.
i heard crazy lady naomi campbell is also guest starring! can’t wait! i still think you and jina should give this show another try mike, esp since you like the campiness quality of pushing daisies. this one is even better! ex: amanda the receptionist recently found out her real dad is gene simmons. he was on the show too
it was hilarious! now she dresses like a rocker and sticks her tongue out. oh, and christian, the winner from project runway, was on it last week, sooo funny! i heart this show!!

I was wondering where to go to get my Lindsay news… low and behold, it’s right here on Pop Critics.
At least, she is a better actress than Britney. Could be interesting. Too bad my Thursday nights are plum full.
I have never ever seen this show. Probably never will. I like my TV stars to be pretty.

@ Nicky - It’s just TOO campy for me…I thought her little brother was annoying, and I just don’t like Vanessa Williams much, especially in a TV show. I’m glad you like it, and I’m no longer bashing it, I’m just not going to watch it.

While Tracy watches this show, I do not. Having LiLo on there certainly is not going to entice me to start tuning in.
@ Nicky - Tracy did have me watch the Gene Simmons part and I must admit that was pretty funny.
I think America Fererra is cute anyways, so that part doesn’t bother me

Why does she have to be ugly to be lovable and sincere? A little makeover wouldn’t hurt her. Then we could all love her.
