I don’t think any of us were surprised when Kevin Smith’s film Zack and Miri Make a Porno was first given an NC-17 rating. You gotta figure any movie from Kevin Smith about two people making a porno is probably going to have to fight for an R (which it did, and won). But it seems that even the artwork for this film is too much for the states as the first poster for Zack and Miri Make a Porno has been banned.

Teaser Poster for He’s Just Not That Into You
He’s Just Not Into You looks like one of those movies that could be awesome or just completely suck. My initial reaction to the trailer that we showed you guys back in May was positive. I mean, how can you not like the idea of an ensemble film with tons of great actors, like Jennifer Aniston, Bradley Cooper, Justin Long, Drew Barrymore, Ben Affleck, Jennifer Connelly, Scarlett Johannson, Kevin Connolly and Ginnifer Goodwin?
But it really all depends on the writing. If it’s clever and funny, this could be an early 2009 hit.
The Teaser Poster for Doubt
I don’t think we’ve mentioned a single thing about Doubt, yet it’s a film that hopes to compete for a few Oscars come award season time. It stars critical darlings Maryl Streep, Philip Seymour Hoffman, and Amy Adams so I guess it’ll probably get some sort of automatic nomination. Not too long ago I posted the first Saw V Blood Drive poster. The blood drive posters have become an annual tradition right along with the movies themselves. I haven’t yet decided if it’s incredibly offensive or just a really good way to leverage the popularity of the movies for a good cause.
