Comic-Con: DC Universe Online looks awesome

Before heading out to Comic-Con, I was inundated with press releases about demos for new products that would be showcased in San Diego. One that really stood out to me was the upcoming DC Universe Online MMO from Sony Online Entertainment.

I was lucky enough to get creative director Chris Cao to show me how this amazing game will work. He is essentially in charge of what happens with the design of the game and therefore I got some good information.

Mark Millar to save the Superman movie franchise?

If you recall way back in May, I posted a blog about the guys at SaveSuperman.com who were furiously working hard to get DC Comics to reinvent the Superman movie franchise and save it from the grasps of Bryan Singer and Brandon Routh.

Well, I don’t think they had anything to do with this news, but I’m sure they are positively giddy over it.

This should be an interesting debate here, because I know there were some of us that really did like the latest Superman movie, Superman Returns, with Brandon Routh, and some of us who thought it sucked big time (me).
